How do I return an item?

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. All bikes must be in brand new conditon - mountain bikes and cruisers can not have been ridden off the road. For shipped items the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping charges.  Please read "Returns" below for more information.

* The return policy does not apply to bicycles, accesories and parts purchased or reserved for the Burning Man event.

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back within 10 days. Ship returns fully insured via Ground UPS, Ground FedEx or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). Returned bicycles and merchandise must be in brand new condition - mountain bikes can not have been ridden in the dirt. Returned bicycles must be professional packed to the same level that we shipped them out in. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels, bicycle packing, etc.)

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

Merchandise and bikes can be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

BURNING MAN EVENT RENTAL BIKE CANCELLATION POLICY


Rentals cancelled 30 days or less before the event are subject to a cancellation charge of $25.00 Rentals cancelled 14 days or less before the Burning Man event are charged in the full amount $95.00.
